Bad customer service

Bad customer serviceI accidentally purchased the same product twice The first time I did it the website crashed but I did not get a clear confirmation that the payment already went through via Klarna I called customer service on a Friday and gave the details including order number They told me to email so they can review or lodge a case I sent the email on a Monday and the response was quick sent within the day stating I cannot return the extra product nor will I get a refund Apparently sending the email is useless They should have told me right then and there from the call that return and refund is not possible What a shame Rofa s customer service is not up to standard

Print came off the personalised cushion cover on its first wash

18 mar 2024Recently discovered that Rofa Design had replied to me after I wrote my review so I followed it up with them It seems that the 3 year rule doesn t apply to my case because I had order the item before the rule came into effect The person I was dealing with at Rofa was the same person who replied to my review here so they simply provided that reply to make themselves look better after a 3 star review even though that information was irrelevant to me I have therefore changed their rating to one star now because of the behaviour of their customer service - saving face at my expense 29 aug 2023I have bought a number of items from Rofa Design I have been mostly happy with them but one item I bought from them was a personalised cushion I bought it as a keepsake it was never used as a cushion just sat in the corner of the room One day some blood had splattered on it so I had to wash it and I did so according to the washing instructions But after this first wash the personalisation had come off I wish I could add photos here but the TrustPilot I m using doesn t seem to support it I contacted customer support But because it was past it s complaint period they didn t offer compensation I told them that they should at least say that these items are not washable because if they are washed the personalisation will come off They just told be that this is a possibility with these items which I thought was very annoying because it is something I think the customer should be told about If I had known then I could have cleaned it another way that avoided damaging the personalised print So much for having this personalised cushion cover as a keepsake Svar fr n Rofa Design AB29 aug 2023Hi Helen Thank you for your review You always have the right to complain about the products if it is a manufacturing defect up to tre years The cushion cover can be washed at 40 degrees without the personal marking coming off Contact customer service with pictures of your pillow case and your order number so we can review your product Best regards Jenna

Horrible service

Horrible service Purchased a Big order few days later they handed it over to bring 21st of November but then the parcel never moved further on I e-mailed Rofa where a Thomas wrote back that they would look into it but again no Answers Then several calls later they just told me that I should Contact their freight forwarder company myself - when contacting bring I was told the parcel was shipped on a account that didn t even have the product of evening delivery added and so they couldn t send it on further because the company didn t pay for it So now my parcel is still not delivered the 4th of December and Rofa don t answer emails or calls I recommend everyone to find elsewhere to order their Christmas stockings because this is a company that certainly does not bother to care and you will loose your money without no compensation

I ordered a beer glass for father s day

I ordered a beer glass for father s day but it didn t last unfortunately Even though we used it few times We never used dishwasher also

Fast delivery and excellent customer service

I ordered a carafe set a few weeks before christmas I picked express delivery and it arrived in 4 days Unluckily a part of the product was broken glass I emailed the customer service about it and they sent a new product within 2 days What a great customer experience Thank you Rofa Design

Love the gift I got my first grandchild super cute towel with the name on the ear and a soft baby brush for his Beautiful hair this is definitely not the last thing I will buy from here
