It s surprising to see all these good reviews about this company I am a sole proprietor and been a physical therapist for seven years running my business from home and also outbound I make between 100 000 to 160 000 depending on the year This company claims to have different financing options in which I applied for an SBA loan in which they told me that I would not qualify for it which is very confusing to me because the SBA is the one that is supposed to approve you and my credit score is very good and my SBSS score under the SBA guidelines is also good This company offered me 5000 which is a slap in the face for me That amount of money will not help my business All I asked for was 25- 30 000 I would stay away from this place I applied at another place and they approved me for 25 000 in working capital

More than 3 4 of loan offers to clients are rejected by the business borrower due to high fees etc etc etc and most offers are merchant cash advances that any business unless completely desperate will not consider taking The No Minimum FICO Bad credit No problem disclosure is a lie many borrowers are rejected due to bad credit and other factors like too many negative days and NSFs Their broker partnership program is nothing but a dictatorship whereby your concerns are addressed in a do it as we do or don t do it at all and they will not give a fig if you have made them money Most of these reviews are solicited from ROK Financial partners with a 5 extra incentive in broker commissions if one writes a review and mentions their relationship partner manager or whomever ROK Financial is not a direct lender but a brokerage with direct lender and broker partnerships Worst ROK Financial does not keep their word

Where do I start I started a loan process with these people last October 5th I completed the application and copious amounts of paperwork I was asked to provide and I was told that they would definitely be able to help my business I called and the voicemail was full I emailed and no answers I reached out to them dozens of times I finally received a return call in late December More information was needed I finally received an answer from Heather in January and it was a very cold no maybe later These people are not interested in helping the small business community as they claim Beware

The company overall is unprofessional and will do everything in their power to discredit any issue I wanted to think positive but now I see after further information that this company can not be trusted The backdoor situation is of a concern for broker partners and their clients I have leads that weren t put in the system that told me that they were backed doored In other words I was told not to put certain leads in the system after inquiring because they didn t qualify but clients claim that they were reached out to by the company To be fair my pros and cons1 Complaints from my clients included high inflated rates I noticed the same thing Shark type loans in comparison to other alternative lenders 2 Other complaints were about race that may or may not have been a misunderstanding 3 Backdoored- Many complaints from community members of being backed door Whether this does or does not happen something should be done to either prevent it or create a way that misunderstandings won t happen 4 Nice dashboard but may be hard to navigate 5 Done for you means done for you If I m giving 65 of what I could earn for a referral I should not have to do what I would do when earning 100 6 At times unprofessional behavior and dishonesty from certain but not all employees Pushy and not respectful of professional boundaries I think this type of business is high stress I feel many did the best that they could However I don t fully trust the company and strongly believe that backdoor happens whether intentional or unintentional I have leads that have showed me this to be the case At this point it doesn t matter They have a nice flow and system but can be very unbalanced and chaotic at times I still hope ROK Financial the very best but have a strong belief after further investigations that reviews can be manipulated and that this company can not be trusted I also see strange accounts leaving reviews that I will have someone further investigate
