A very good experience overall with Rolex Shop manager showed me various types of door but wasn t pushy at all Having chosen the one I wanted it was fitted efficiently and with no mess yesterday I am very pleased with it Friendly staff in the shop as well as the two fitters who installed it Thank you Rolex

Couldn t be more impressed

Recommended to Rolux UK via friends and family who are pleased with their own products and I can honestly say I m over the moon We were recommended for security shutters over our patio doors and windows Rolux UK also built us a TV into the outdoor wall and installed a security shutter to cover it so we can watch from our hot tub I m amazed at the level of quality Staff were professional but at the same time were approachable and friendly I will recommend to all of my friends and family - super pleased

Rolux Door Replacement and New Motor

The gentlemen who arrived to assess our needs together with the fitters were all so knowledgeable polite and ready to discuss our project Their total approach is customer focussed which is exactly what we needed Our roller shutter was initially installed in 2006 and had given fantastic service to 2024 but the motor was starting to struggle and a few of the slats were not looking their best After our site visit we were advised to replace the motor an essential work but then we had the option of replacing the whole curtain door or just the few slats which had lost a bit of shape We decided to replace the motor and door which all took place six days later astonishingly quick service This company is terrific The office staff are also rapid response Without doubt this family-led company has got it right Best value and in our minds a truly reliable trustworthy group such a great company model

Can t fault the service provided it was excellent from start to finish Lewis completed the initial site visit who was very knowledgeable and understanding as the installation was at my elderly father s house and spent time explaiming all the options The installer was fantastic very professional and happy to answer any questions we had Would highly recommend this family business to anyone

What a beautiful set of doors and created so much more light and space in the garage The fitters Adam and Dave were so polite and friendly and tidied up and explained everything including asking where to site some of the fitments Turned up on time early actually which was beneficial We chose a colour to match our house door which they confirmed on arrival From first call to completion was about 2 weeks what a service Thank you
