Don t bother to call

Unhelpful rude call handlers I spoke to Elonza and Jonathan who were really not bothered even though they say they are Elonza put the phone down on me-and was not very professional If their coffee didn t taste so good I d go elsewhere because their attitude stinks

Bad product

Just for your information the new Rombouts one cup coffee cups and saucers don t fit the one cup filters neatly Actually the cups don t even sit well in the saucers We wanted to use them in our little pub as we don t have space for a coffee machine When I phoned up I was pretty well dismissed so not going to be one of your customers going forward

Since my expensive coffee machine broke I turned to Rombouts filters not looked back Very good coffee indeed My household only drink good coffee none of this instant stuff for which really isn t good for you This is my way forward with no high maintenance expensive machines when this easy filter is just as good if not better One more observation customer services is very prompt in answering a question Do wish all companies operated like that Highly recommended
