Purchased a property through the RYTON branch The staff acted in a friendly and professional manner at all times Emma and Victoria in particular were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout even with the complexities of a long chain and repeated issues with solicitors Can t rate them high enough

I would say most people buying selling homes find it very stressful a very long process from start to finish RMS Gosforth made a good impression on me from day one I was welcomed into the branch to complete my registration forms Eve made me feel at ease from the first day I started getting viewings through for my property almost the next day I dealt with Richard for my bookings who again was a pleasure to deal with Once I accepted an offer I then got moved to Natalie who looked after me until completion today Natalie is efficient and excellent in what she does trying to keep communication with all parties going it is such a stressful time so having someone like Natalie keeping you informed ever step of the way is what everyone needs everyone needs a Natalie I did speak to others in the Gosforth branch who again were super helpful sorry I can t remember everyone s names If you are thinking of selling buying then RMS Gosforth are the people to use Thank you Natalie for getting my property over the line

This was my first time buying a house Even though the agents were acting for the Sellers they still took care of us They responded to emails the same day and were great at keeping us posted on the important matters Everyone was really friendly in person and over the phone
