I ordered 2 personalised necklaces and after reading the reviews became very apprehensive about them however when they arrived I was really quite happy with the quality I wouldn t order as a last minute present however as they did take 3 weeks to come the delivery choice you make is how long they will take to come after they have been made not gow long they will take to come once you have ordered Customer service was OK I got a reply from an email I sent as I was hoping they would be here before Christmas they werent the woman didn t really care and told me to be patient not great customer service but at least I got a reply I suppose

I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend and hadn t heard anything so read reviews on this company which instantly made me feel I d been scammed because thats what alot of people are saying so I emailed the company and within a few days they did email me Now obviously it comes across that this is a UK site which I think is clear enough its not BUT I did receive the necklace which took a few week and it was very good quality I know there s bad reviews but I can honestly say I was worried at first but I m not disappointed in the quality of the necklace Think this company just need to be a little clearer and actually manage people s expectations and there feed back would be better From the quality of the necklace I do feel it was worth the wait All Rosefeel need to do is advise on an ETA and be clearer as to it coming from China but thats not an issue

I see alot of negative reviews for this company I think alot of people order and don t realise where this is shipping from I also see people saying you can t use PayPal but I was able to use PayPal I ordered on the 28th December and my necklace arrived on the 9th January Which is quick considering it s coming from China to the UK I absolutely love my necklace and the quality is amazing especially for the price that I got with the sale Super customer service very fast replies through Facebook messenger I had messaged on fb insta and emailed They sent tracking for the full tracking through China to the EVRi depo and EVRi delivered to me the same day as it arrived to them again full tracking I will be ordering again in the future

I ordered a named necklace for Mother s Day 2023 Ordered on 19th Feb and after reading these reviews I thought I had been conned and worried if 60 had been wasted It took 8 working days for my order to be shipped then 7 days later it has been delivered and is absolutely beautiful Couldn t be happier with this order Don t normally leave reviews but felt I should as the service I have received has been excellent Yes it took over 2 weeks to get my order so I wouldn t order something at short notice but I would use them again in the future ensuring I was ordering at least a month in advance to ensure it came on time Don t think this site is a scam as others have suggested just think they have been a bit slow to get their orders out which I guess may be understandable as the items seem to be custom made
