Really nice quality for the price Didn t realise that it shipped from China as it did take 12 days to arrive which isn t too bad really considering it was personalized I would advise that if this is a birthday gift etc then order it around 3 weeks in advance to be on the safe side My girlfriend is really happy with the necklace and it looks really nice I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend Rosefeels co uk

Gift is what I expected

My order has been delivered today- I had waited a while But it was worth the wait I was starting to lose faith-due to reading the reviews after it had been two weeks of not hearing any updates or knowing when delivery would be dispatched However the gift I ordered is exactly how I expected and I m happy

I ordered a gift frome rosefeel and then read the reviews instantly regretted it So emailed them to cancel not expecting a reply Was suprised to get a reply saying they were sorry I was cancelling and the refund would be in my bank within 3 days They refunded me as promised So 5 stars from me for excellent service
