RRS didn t keep the guarantee promises and deceived me

RRS promises on its website two service guarantees a no cure no pay geen succes geen betaling and b 3-month guarantee Op alle door RRS ontstopte en gereinigde rioleringen is een garantietermijn van drie maanden van toepassing A RRS plumber came at my apartment to unblock my kitchen sink Before I pay I asked him if the problem is solved and he reassured me that it is solved for good because he didn t want to come back referring to the 3-month guarantee One day after the plumber s intervention the sink get blocked again and I immediately mentioned the issue to the RRS administration invoking the 3-month guarantee and requesting to arrange another appointment to efficiently unblock my sink They then rejected my guarantee claim arguing that my problem was structural I argued back that if the problem was structural I should have known beforehand and I shouldn t have paid according to the geen succes geen betaling I then asked my money back because they didn t fix the blockage as promised but they keep denying both the refund and the guarantee I have now opened a legal procedure against them in Consumentenbond and will not give up until this unfair situation is resolved

Bad service by RRS

I had a blockage in my kitchen i called RRS the serviceman instead of fixing the problem broke the drainage pipe and also charge me for an hour of work He told me somebody will call today and fix the problem and no need to pay again and do not use the kitchen and bathroom Nobody called me for two days and i had to get my problem fixed by another company by paying extra money I keep calling them to refund my money but they are refusing to do it

Unacceptable customer service

After the first inspection with the camera I had multiple issues with the administration team of sister company HRT I had to reschedule 3 times the appointment since the team that was scheduled never showed up for fixing up the issues with the sewer When they finally arrived the technical team was ok but after they finished the job i realized they used a pipe bought by myself for another project i paid but i never received the soft copy of the invoices One week later after many emails promises i ll be called back i received 2 out of the 3 invoices I called back again and the operator hang up on me another email but still no response What a disappointment

Poor customer service

They keep cancelling my appointments for a clogged sink and on top of that they lack any flexibility in making a new appointment

Paid them 350 for coming twice without any resolution

Told them I have a problem with clogged sewage Instead of first looking what the problem is they immediately came up with a solution which didn t work They had to come back the next day and again they couldn t fix it It did cost me twice the money 350 for no solution at all
