As a professional I am really disappointed with RubioMonocoat where stock levels are inaccurately defined online To receive no communication for 15days about an order to then be told when calling them that stock isn t due in for another two days leaves me both frustrated and having to field complaints and extra charges from an installation team Totally lost faith in this company s ability to be accurate Be warned

Received a damaged sample order

Received a damaged sample order which was unusable Extremely poor customer service 1 phone call and 3 emails and no response When they did get back in touch they asked for photos FFS This was for a bubble wrap package swilling with the contents of burst sample sachets which I obviously just had to chuck straight in the bin as it was spilling all over my hands Absolutely outrageous

I find your website hard to navigate I had to phone to have a discount voucher activated but it was not validated - so there was no point in not pre-authorisation Delivery was good - sub 24 hrs

Missing items from my order and customer service has been poor in responding let alone resolving the issue I mean just send me the missing items or refund me already

Great product expect the majority of the sample finishes we re out of stock so will have to try what we have and maybe see if they have any later

Placed an order for hybrid wood protection 500ml to be told 2 days later it wasn t it stock and would be at least 2 weeks wait Was offered 100ml bottle so I asked for 5 to make up the 500ml was then told it would be 15 extra Asked for a refund and found it elsewhere cheaper
