The Rubio oil monocoat is patchy and feels like its not giving enough protection to the new wooden floors If a tiny amount of water is splashed on the floor eg from the dishwasher it leaves black marks Not sure what I can do Please can you get in touch to advise Many thanks

As a professional I am really disappointed with RubioMonocoat where stock levels are inaccurately defined online To receive no communication for 15days about an order to then be told when calling them that stock isn t due in for another two days leaves me both frustrated and having to field complaints and extra charges from an installation team Totally lost faith in this company s ability to be accurate Be warned

Received a damaged sample order

Received a damaged sample order which was unusable Extremely poor customer service 1 phone call and 3 emails and no response When they did get back in touch they asked for photos FFS This was for a bubble wrap package swilling with the contents of burst sample sachets which I obviously just had to chuck straight in the bin as it was spilling all over my hands Absolutely outrageous
