Absolutely love this oil so easy to use only slight negative - its quite matt a slightly glossier option would be useful Packaging is the worst in the industry

On the whole a very worth while well organised well delivered and productive day I felt the organizers missed a good opportunity though to make sales by not having the various ranges and sizes of products on show and priced accordingly

Tried to order online but website balky Staff helped out and gave free shipping Wood Cream arrived as promised well packed A delight to apply - time will tell on how well it protects lasts

Customer service left me Cautious

Impressed with product and delivery time Oh and initial customer service Went back to buy more but although website said free postage it was charging Contacted and was told have to spend set amount no info found on website when said didn t get charged last time told it was an offer again not indicated on website Ask for it to be made clear on website and that it was disappointing lack of transparency This was ignored and sadly the whole attitude of this coms put me off Looking at different product for rest of project Was looking to use for my new fence but I like consistent customer service and the coms on last was really not the same as initial
