They didn t have much to do because the house sold itself I feel they grossly underestimated its value which proved correct when offers started to come in however I have to thank Jade Michaela for keeping us informed and up to date with everything as it moved on

I have been actively persued by Michaela Hewson to write this review at least 3 times I was reluctant to write one as I have nothing nice to say about her hence my reluctance to write one and I m not the only customer that feels this way about her I feel her communication style needs working on and she doesn t appear to act neutral in her dealings I asked her manager Oliver White if someone else could deal with my case he wasn t supportive at all towards me and ignored my request he doesn t want to know you once he s signed you up although he says at the time any problems get in touch with me on the other hand I cannot thank Jenny Boyle enough and Jade Pass was also very helpful and polite I went with R D because they control the market and buyers look at their website first in my opinion I must point out that you don t have to pay their large costs you can negotiate your costs I do not want a reply from R D thank you very much enough has already been said I woud like to thank Jenny Boyle and Jade Pass for all their help

Not a very good experience selling our house with them it seems they under value properties to sell quick and make them laak good disregarding the interest of the seller this is regarding Middleton branch
