Mega bucks for no work

Three days my house was on the market and sold immediately However Ryder and Dutton Middleton had undervalued it I negotiated 15k over myself and Ryder and Dutton had the cheek to take a cut of the extra 15k despite having nothing to do with it I d say put a sign in your window miss out these people even the solicitors they recommended were useless we had to keep chasing them up As far as I m concerned they stole money from me they had no claim to whatsoever Go elsewhere

Shocking service

Shocking service Only got updates after I chased them Elki from when she started to sell my house until she passed it over to Lindsey was an absolute waste of time Lindsey not much better There mortgage advisor nearly lost me my sale as he put my buyer with a very bad mortgage company who also have a shocking reputation Service from Chaderton branch is not worth what they ate asking Thought the manager Lewis didn t have the experience to manage his team Would never use them again On a good note Janet from Bacup branch was fantastic pity she left

I have experienced very poor service

I have experienced very poor service from the Company My rental income are being held in their Company for over a month We have tried many times to reach them to follow up on the status but got nil replies They have been very unprofessional in honoring the their letting agent duties Their service promise in our letting agent agreement cannot be satisfactorily fulfilled

Completely unprofessional

Completely unprofessional Booked me in for a Sunday which was great I got all the cobfirmation emails and turned up at the appointment It took me half an hour of driving to get to the appointment and when i arrived i was rudely told that i cant see the property because they cancelled the appointment and could not be bothered telling me that they cancelled the appointment Completely untrusthworthy and a waste of time and i honestly feel truly sorry for anyone working with them

Not even worth a one star the really

Not even worth a one star they are have bad customer service I rather be treated well as client who is interested to put an application through after this really looking to withdraw I hope any landlord looking to give property s to this company please reconsider as they have no idea how to treat clients

Don t trust them

Initially asked Ryder and Dutton Huddersfield to value our property They Valued it at 200 00 - 210 000 Ended up going with a different agent A month later we got a viewer who said she happened to also be a sales negotiator for Ryder and Dutton She give a number of reasons why we won t get the askiing price When she left she left feedback saying in her professional opinion she wouldn t offer more than 180 000 although her colleague had valued it at 200 000 unbeknownst to her at the time Shortly after her viewing and professional opinion we had a couple who loved the house and offered 205 000 straight away

Best to deal with another estate agent

We made an offer on a property being sold by Ryder Dutton in Oldham No response from them despite several phone calls emails Poor customer service and very unprofessional as they play buyers off against each other Best to deal with another estate agent as they will only mess you around and waste your time in the end

Poor Communication

I use R D as my letting agent for my one property I had to chase my rent from them last month and they explained how this had happened I didn t expect the same thing to happen the following month And when I ve phoned and emailed them I ve not received a reply I would not recommend using them due to the difficulties I ve had communicating with them

Unsubscribe

Only ever went to a viewing with this company over two years ago have unsubscribed from them countless times but continue to receive emails I do not wish to receive any more emails from you please remove my data from your systems in accordance with data protection legislation Regards

Do Not Use

They recommended a solicitor to use and I ve had nothing but problems with them I ve tried to highlight this to the relevant people within Ryder and Dutton but they don t seem to care - ironically just like the solicitors There s plenty of other options out there which I m sure will cause you less distress
