Rude ppl running this company I paid plus 1300 for a 3 seater sofa on the 9th of September but shortly after my purchase delivery date which was 20th of September i left for the turkey for surgeries Once i bk and get a chance to stay home for recovery i have a proper look on the sofa and I doubt it will be a full real leather So I decided to open a case with PayPal which mean seller and buyer have days to communicate under PayPal messages and provide evidence on what they have to say to settle the claim But shortly after my claim I started receiving random calls on my phone when I asked who are u He replied u will never know who I m On the 22nd of November I googled the number and see the number linked into the s2 Sofas company I reported that to PayPal Today on 28th November I received call from same number who was shouting and arguing with me saying I had claim the money back because I struggling for Christmas and the fact I shouldn t bought sofa if I can t afford it and so He harassed me even by mentioning he knows my address and so Which we ll I reported all the matter to police today Regards to sofa I will get a professional to come and examine it to see if it s what I read in advert He said on the call that I have no way to know if sofa is real leather or not Well I just want to warn u from unprofessional rude customer service plus the risk of getting ur address out on their hand tooI ve uploaded a screenshot of the texts and my order receipt And your out of hours customer services number 447771770789 on my Google review There is no way to deny that

Superb experience when buying a Parker Knoll two seater sofa Professional and helpful advice when asked for during buying process and no pushy sales people Looked after very well Sofa was delivered in a few days by Sam and Ben who did a great job putting it in place This is the second time we have bought from S2 Sofas and it has always been excellent service

Brilliant service from this company The sofa and armchair are of excellent quality Delivery by Sam and Ben was quick and efficient They were careful with the furniture and surroundings and carried out the work in a professional manner Well done

The Brilliant sales person Malcolm had extensive knowledge of sofas He helped us to choose exactly the right suite for us That in itself was amazing as we had been looking for months and had found that most salesmen only wanted to push us into buying something overpriced S2sofas has the widest range of quality suites that we have seen and the fact that they were great value compared to mainstream firms was a bonus The furniture was displayed very well in a warehouse that was immaculately clean and very tidy The suite was delivered well-covered and was carefully installed by Ben and Sam who were courteous smart and friendly They went over and above to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction

For whatever I reason felt uncomfortable buying a sofa straight from the website without talking with someone as the price and delivery schedule were a bit too good to be true So I called Very friendly and helpful manager Personally checked the stock and called me back straight away Describe the product and sent pictures Delivery speedy but was challenged by small doors and elevator but Sam and Ben took their time and found a solution that worked Very professional and polite all around The quality of the sofa and bed was exactly what I hoped for Would highly recommend

From the minute we entered the showroom we spoke to Malcolm who was friendly and really helpful He left us to wander round and said to speak to him should we require any help It was nice to be able to walk round the showroom with no pressure from anyone We found a sofa and footstool that we liked and placed the order Sam and Ben delivered our sofa and footstool this morning They were so well mannered and friendly We are so happy with both the service and quality of what we bought from S2 Sofas And most importantly at a fraction of the price to what it would have cost us if we had gone to well known brands of furniture shops
