Poor Description for Product

Bought Phoenix key safe Bought on description Once arrived very disappointed as important parts of design not included in description Door has no hinge just a wire to stop it dropping on your foot Code needs to be cancelled after closing Rubber cover is designed back to front so that you have to remove one piece covering 5 sides as opposed to turning it around and just remove the piece that would cover the keys Not very practical for everyday use which it was sold for and bought for Very disappointed all these details not in description - I would not have bought it

Fire extinguisher was dropped over back gate by Courier

This is regarding delivery Within seconds of ringing the doorbell the courier had dropped the fire extinguisher over my six foot back gate When I asked him about why he d done this he said he had the same appliance at work and it would be fine I checked the box in his presence and whilst it was ripped the item itself did not appear damaged or over-pressurised but not having had one before how would I know for sure I mention this only to suggest the company check procedures with their couriers as this is clearly NOT acceptable

Safelincs did a good job however let down by their carrier

The goods were sent out promptly and all my contact with safelincs was good however their carrier UK Mail were pathetic On 2 occasions the said that they could not find our premises We are in a small industrial estate with no more than 20 units I suspect it was just laziness On the 3rd occasion they were due to deliver between 5pm and 6pm I asked for that to be changed to the next day because it didn t suit - they delivered to a neighbour anyway ignoring my request - If I were safelincs I would be looking for a better carrier

Delivery time 2 weeks plus - paid for next day del promised refund but not received one Still waiting for delivery

Ordered a safety security box Only delivery option was next day I received a phone call 2 hours after purchase advising me delivery delay of 1-2 weeks This did not appear on website when I was placing and paying for order I rang back to complain - I was offered the opportunity to cancel my order I asked instead if Safelincs would refund delivery charges I was told yes and they would action the refund immediately Over a week later I still have not received the item and the delivery charge has not been refunded Poor show Safelincs

promises promises

Ordered a simple extinguisher guage which could have easily been mailed in the post paid carriage for next day and it didn t turn up friday and needed the goods for first thing Monday they promised me it would be delivered Saturday AM to again find a non-delivery Seriously not impressed

Good service but next day delivery turned to four days very poor

The products were great easy to complete the sale but was charged for next day delivery placed order on Saturdy and chased up on Tuesday delivery actually turned up Thursday am I asked for a refund of carriage but a week after still have not been refunded or contact by Safelink to advise refund going through Customer service for this company needs to be a litte more proactive I will try them again hope they deliver on time next time shame they have let themselves down here

Not happy with XC70 Cabonmonxide Alarm

I felt the wait from order was a little lengthy however it did arrive before the due date When the monitor arrived we couldn t get it to activate With some help from your company we managed to activate eventually Not good that green light that s supposed to flash intermittently every minute indicating the power is good Does not flash so it s easily seen in fact I cant t see it at all my sight is good Not much good if your unsure it s active Definitely would not recommend

How hard can it be

How hard can it be to put the correct order into the correct box Mr Customer in Peterborough must have been as thrilled to have received my order as I was to receive his OK it was fixed within 4 days but that was another 4 days without an effective smoke alarm and a 12 mile round trip to the post office to return the wrong goods

Gloucester Disaster

I have used Safelincs for years and I have to say this is the first time they have let themselves down Got on site to find only partial order fulfilled no one told me anything out of stock not good Christine however did her best to resolve the situation luckily client very understanding and egg on my face was soon wiped off Not good work safelincs

Incorrect image not next day service when I ordered bases

Hastily ordered detectors the photo showed the detector with a base the item description did indicate they were supplied without After taking delivery next day at 3pm I promptly realised my mistake and ordered bases paid extra for next day delivery but they didn t arrive until the day after I have not contacted Safelincs about this the same way they didn t contact me about my late shipment I will have to return at a later date to finish the job
