Good customer service

We haven t received the smoke alarm yet although apparently it is with delivery company Very quick response from safelincs who are resending my item again Great customer service

Almost perfect

Easy to order good products Slight question mark over the delivery schedule Prepared for a 3-5 day window in which we knew we would be home but the carrier actually brought it the next day in which we had to change plans we had for that day

Order came quickly after we had found our previous smoke detectors weren t working properly Goods were also well packed

Delivery was problematic to say the least

The order process was easy the price very competitive and dispatch quick However the delivery company courier weren t up to the job They delivered to a totally wrong address which I didn t recognise Fortunately the resident wasn t home so they didn t deliver When I complained explaining how much easier to find and better signed my address was than my distant neighbour s including sending pictures of my front gate they attempted delivery a day or two later to exactly the same wrong address as before Fortunately this neighbour brought my package to me

Would recommend

Package arrived quickly and in good condition Instructions could have been better as I found it tricky and time consuming pairing the alarms But once that was done easy to install them overall so would recommend

Easy ordering prompt delivery

Fire safety signs needed urgently I ordered from Safelincs on Tuesday afternoon and received delivery within 24 hours One sign was out of stock otherwise I d give 5 stars

Good product at a good price However they use EVRI as a delivery company which is reassuringly terrible

Excellent after service

Delivered quickly To set up is very complicated The written instructions are useless Be useful to have a youtube video In the end phone the company and a very helpful and patient man talked us through it So excellent after service Thanks

Safelincs - Expert Help and Swift Dispatch

Safelincs were extremely helpful in giving advice and support about replacing a fire alarm sensor system that was no longer available The agent I spoke with was sufficiently knowledgable and personable to help on first call without needing to revert to anyone else Refreshing One problem though is that they use Evri Hermes for delivery and they are useless and managed to report the delivery complete while sending me a photo of the parcel in a neighbour s porch Fortunately it was recognisable and was rescued But this isn t the first time we ve had such a failure by Evri so Beware

Ordered Thursday 19th and paid extra

Ordered Thursday 19th and paid extra for next day delivery product didn t arrive untill Sunday 22nd Smoke alarms are replacements for originals and had to rearrange with electrition to fit them in due to late arrival Happy with product and reasonable price just disappointed with delivery promise otherwise it would have been 5 stars
