Ordering process prefect product faulty

Ordering process was seamless products arrived in good time but the were beeping intermitentily by the end of day 1 The original alarms were fitted by the fire service when we moved in 3 years ago so I know they are optimum positions The previous ones started chirping so we ordered the same so they would fit the roof plate but again they started chirping So much for 10yr battery

I placed a order to which did not tell me it was out of order placed order yourself have taken my money out of my bank next day had phone call saying out of stock waiting for them to come in 25th Feb did not come in till 7 3 18 did not receive till 9 8 18 my point I am making if you do not have the product do not take money out of peoples banks change your systems that is so so wrong good for yourself not good for customer

The goods I received were ok but courier company stinks

The goods I received were ok but courrier company Hermes terible package arrived soaking wet but fortunately items were wet on boxes so worked ok so bit of advice get a courier company that delivers in a sign marked van not someone that drives a car would rather pay extra postage and get delivered by post office

Cardboard box was open at one end Fortunately contents were undamaged From experience it is not the fault of the supplier but this particular courier Otherwise the service was very good

Good company let down by delivery

No complaints re company or product both excellent and priced keenly sadly they are let down by delivery company who did not knock on door when I was in and then left item in an insecure place in public view contrary to advice given should I not be at home

I couldn t get it to connect to the app

I couldn t get it to connect to the Firehawk app on my iPhone after several attempts Seems others had the same issues

Because sent to wrong address do not know who fault The company or delivery company But lucky I was in otherwise do not know what woul had happened I had planned work around delivery Allowed a couple of days

I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately you use the worst courier in the country EVRI They are terrible and their drivers are liars He said he tried to deliver my parcel but no one was there which is a BIG lie The delivery address and where I work is a 24hr business I called your colleague and he apologised and said the driver was nowhere near my address that dayHe got it sorted for a Monday delivery It finally got delivered but unfortunately again even that was 3 hours late according to their tracking window My advice to you is stay away from EVRI they are absolutely awfulThat doesn t make your company look good if stuff is gonna be late5 stars your company 0 Stars for your delivery service

I can t fault Safelincs or their

I can t fault Safelincs or their product - just the courier they use which is EVRI as the box was badly damaged bottom completely caved in so you could see the product and the sticky address label which sealed the top of the box had been lifted off the box So 5 for Safelinc and reduced due to the courier choice I am afraid
