Really poor

Really poor We used our defib pads with one of our service users before the ambulance arrived and needed urgent replacements Chose expedited delivery and took 6 days to arrive Not impressed

Ignored for refund after waiting 6 months no deliveryAs per my previous review in regard to waiting 6 months from order and not receiving any of my 4 alarms and having to explain to safelincs that they are selling the same alarms in their ebay store for more I have now requested a full refund but unfortunately i have been ignored I am writing in this forum and will continue to do so until this matter is resolved this matter is resolved and i eventually received a refund but boy what a company their previous statement not selling the same items on ebay is incorrect as i actually ordered it from their ebay store i am happy to show evidence if they so require Trust pilot should make clear why they delete posts if they do so

Poor customer service

Purchased 3 alarms which arrived promptly However the sticky pads were useless and 2 of the batteries were dud I asked customer services to send new ones and they were extremely rude Eventually received the batteries but they were the wrong ones Still awaiting a response from them

Order never arrived so second order sent to me but this time it was not what I ordered or paid for

Ordered a mains smoke alarm and paid my 61 00 Smoke allarm never arrived After several emails to safelinks they stated they didn t know why I hadn t received my order but would send the order out again No offer of a refund made for my inconvenience I m still waiting for my smoke alarm Alarm delivered today but it was not the one I ordered and paid for So the saga continues Latest update is safelincs state the alarm I ordered is no longer available despite them advertising it for sale at 61 99 but the one they sent me is a replacement for the one I ordered They now owe me 8 00 as the one they sent me costs 53 99

Extremely poor customer service

My package containing three smoke alarms once opened was found to be sodden by by the ingress of water effectively making all three alarms defective I contacted the sales team with my complaint via email attaching photos of the water damage to the alarms but as of yet after three days have heard nothing back from them I ve asked to return the damaged alarms and either have them replaced or my money refunded Very poor customer service and I would not recommend using Safelincs to anyone else at the moment

Very late delivery

If you want your product in my case a fire alarm to be delivered in the timescales promised I would advise you to look elsewhere In response to your request you have already investigated my case and to summarise asked me to be patient and wait for the delivery which has now come but some two days late having paid 3 99 for p p and having received an email saying it would delivered the next day or the day after Not two days later than promised It s probably the fact that there is no explanation from you or EVRI as to the reason for the delay which is so disappointing

my parcel arrived with water damage to the outer parcel rendering the cardboard soft and ripped To improve your service choose another courier service I have trouble with damaged parcels with evri The company dont care about damage parcels They say oh well just claim off the seller Luckily the smoke alarm I ordered was in a separate parcel and was not damaged

Poor communication poor quality products

Poor communication with the company Had a faulty smoke alarm after 6 months they wouldn t honer the 10 year guarantee Now after a year and 3 months another one is faulty No response from the company Poor quality products Disappointed in a company that was recommended by the fire service

Customer Service Terrible

Ordered some doors for a commercial project I had to constantly chase them for delivery dates though timescale agreed at start Doors were delivered late with lots of additional items missing We had to use resources to chase round to find the items were caused additional stress to our project Customer service was terrible and they made no effort to resolve issues Would never use again

Delivery letting you down

The delivery company EVRI which has had my order since early last week keep saying they re going to deliver it but don t They emailed me again this morning to say it was going to be delivered between 10 30am - 12 30pm I received an email at 11 34am to say they tried to deliver it but couldn t and provided a photo which is just completely black We have been in waiting for this parcel and I can assure you no one has come to the door We would have seen them and our security camera would have picked them up if they had Your company fulfilled your part of the service promptly and efficiently Thank you It s just EVRI that is letting you down
