Good Company To Deal With

Good quality product reasonable price excellent service Was a little disappointed that the Courier only gave 1h 20min notice and I was therefore out He dropped an electrical product over a 6 foot gate Whilst this was secure it could have easily gotten damaged

Great products but delivery service

Great products but delivery service appalling Driver very rude when asked why he chose to block the road rather than park in empty space just a few doors down I understand that you use courier company for your deliveries but it unfortunately reflects on you as well Maybe speak to them as they are your subcontractors at the end of the service chain

The alarm arrived quickly and worked but

was poorly packed The outer cardboard carton had collapsed due to being saturated with rain and there was no inner packing It looked as if it had been secured in transit with adhesive tape It would have been better off wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a padded envelope by Royal Mail

Needed to replace time expired Ei141 Mains Powered Smoke Alarms and found the website very informative and helpful With the information supplied with the new units the replacement is very straightforward Delivery by Evri delayed overnight by unspecified problem but were kept informed of new arrangements

As expected

Arrived and worked just as expected Would recommend that you use a different courier service my package was left in a not particularly safe place and there was no note telling me it had arrived while I was out It was pure luck I found it before any rain could damage the order

Ordered an item Paid more for next day delivery - stated delivery Friday when I went into checkout Next day no sign - ring up - apparently I missed the cut-off by 2 mins - presumably while I was entering my CC details It did arrive the following day -mid-afternoon

Why replace entire FireAngel smoke alarm

Old FireAngel smoke alarm battery died so replacement was required I ordered the FA6129-INT which superseded earlier models said to have non-replaceable batteries Not so On taking the back off the old alarm I found a C123A lithium 3V photo battery could simply be soldered in so saving over 13 Nevertheless I was pleased to get that relacement alarm delivered right on time Well done Safelincs but I ll be wiser next time if I m still alive in 10 years

Brilliant service by Safelincs pity about Evri

Easy to use website Well described goods Quick despatch of items Would have given 5 if Safelincs used a reliable delivery company The company used Evri advised delivery today the cancelled put back to day later When parcel was delivered despite the fact that we were at home front and rear lights of property showing the Evri courier ignored the doorbell didn t knock on the door but just left my parcel on the doorstep in heavy rain Fortunately I checked my emails and discovered a message your parcel has been delivered and was able to retrieve it before it was damaged Terrible customer service from Evri as usual Please consider changing to a more responsible delivery service

This review would have had five stars however my only criticism is the size of the print in the instruction booklet Even with reading glasses on I am unable to read it and I have very good vision

Quick delivery Decent price Easy to install Some of the diagrams and text in the instructions are rather small
