Great service easy to work with

I bought a couple of 10 year life smoke alarms via Amazon from safelincs Unfortunately after 18 months one of them failed and started beeping a lot As we know things inevitably go wrong sometimes and the measure of a company is how they handle it After working out where the heck i bought them from I was able to easily find a customer services number and quickly speak to a person Something that s sadly getting harder to do The helpful man advised how clean it out and if it didn t help how to get replacement Sadly I did need replacement and just emailed the details as advised They were able to send a replacement quickly without having to send old one back so it was all very convenient Overall I strongly recommend Safelincs

Came across this company online by accident when searching for new smoke alarm and I m so pleased I did as the service is great I ordered a smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide alarm both for a new property we have just bought always better to be safe than sorry when I placed my order and paid I accidentally put my old address in so I had to message them to tell them I had a problem claire got straight back to me and reassured me they would be sent to my new address that s what I call great customer service quick delivery and items are exactly what I wanted and a great price I will definitely recommend and use this company again
