ONE MAJOR RESERVATION IS THE FORM TO REGISTER THE WARRANTY AFTER SALES FOLLOW-UP WHICH IS ADDRESSED TO A NEW YORK U S A OFFICE AND IF YOU TRY TO REGISTER ON LINE IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE DUE THE AMOUNT OF DETAIL REQUIRED WITH TOO MANY SECURITY DETAILS NEEDED IT REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY DETAILS EVEN THOUGH I COMPLIED WITH ALL IT ASKED FOR SO AT PRESENT IT REMAINS UNCONFIRMED

I had this fitted by North Yorkshire

I had this fitted by North Yorkshire fire service it said replace by Oct 2025 as it is only April 2018 it hasn t lasted very well but it was free I have now replaced it and hope it lasts a bit longer I found the service in the replacement very good it was easy to order on line and came in good time I found it easy to replace

Let down by delivery service

SafeLincs is a great shop with a good stock and reasonable prices unfortunately the last three times I have shopped with them the delivery has been atrocious In fact I am still waiting for a next day delivery ordered two weeks ago The customer services are aware that UKMAIL are rubbish but are not allowed to use anyone else so until that changes I will have to shop elsewhere

Still waiting for goods to arrive I have a lot of goods delivered even from Europe on economy delivery it doesn t take 7 days If you don t want me to review the goods then don t send the review link until after the latest delivery date The link from trustpilot asked me to do the review and that s what I did on the situation as it was

Slow delivery

Ordered via web site with no issues using economy deliver on a Saturday typically find most companies can deliver by the next Saturday which is fine Safelincs goods arrived the following Wednesday 8 working days excluding weekends their support were reasonably responsive to say give it 7 days so my only complaint it delivery is too slow

The item was show as in stock so ordered with payment accepted and given a delivery date then sent email next day to say item not available Disappointed as item is still current but obviously their stock levels not updated

Slow to deliver

Online purchasing process very easy However it s now a week waiting for the item to be delivered - tracking tool states courier is waiting for the package Emailed customer support for an update 3 days ago - no response to date Then I receive request to review the experience

Size of the smoke alarm

Not the companies fault great smoke alarm but an alternative advised as the one I had up was discontinued Wouldn t be a problem but it s smaller than the one I had up so it s left a mess on my ceiling Why don t the make the size of them standard
