I have already insured both my wifes
I have already insured both my wifes car and mine with saga and decided to try and insure our motor home with them having started to fill in the forms on line it soon became apparent that they were not really geared for motor homes so I rang and had the pleasure of talking to an agent called Lee Jordan who could not have been more helpful lee talked me through all the questions clearly and once completed sent them of to the underwrites who came back with 3 individual referal forms as they were not sure on the answers we had given once again lee spent a long time going over the questions from the 3 referal forms with me and I am sure he went go way past his work hours just so that we had managed to answer the questions correctly it is apparent that saga do not appear to insure many motor homes as there underwriters do not appear to understand what self levelers are and that by storing my motor home on a secure gold rated storage compound is far better than storing on my driveway Due to this the policy was twice the value of the one I have at present and I was unable to place an order with Lee which he fully understood which was a pity as I would have liked all my vehicles under one group how ever I would like to commend Lee Jordan as when I came off the phone I said to my wife that was the best exeperance i have had when dealing with insurance companys He was calm and polite at every corner and appoligised continuely for the additional 3 forms that we had to complete to get the price for the underwriters He also appolgised when the price came through and it was over double what I had already been quoted by my present insurer well done Lee you are a great asset to Saga

Yes I found cheaper but buyer beware as they didn t cover no where near as much as my Saga Travel Insurance did Easy to use platform on line which allows you to make changes to check final costs before purchasing Clear wording throughout

Saga got in touch with me and told me they would take payment on the date due which saved me having to contact them The cost was right for me as well Have never made a claim but feel I can trust saga to honour any claim I made

It takes a woman
Just had the most amazing phone call with a fantastic lady called Charelle who despite previous attempts to get this issue sorted previously has pulled it off the previous associate a man may as well have been talking Chinese Charelle did what is expected of dedicated people in their job who actually care about the customers So Charelle you star thank you phoned back my new insurance company who were delighted that you have pulled out the stops to help me despite the fact have left Saga Whatever they are paying you it s not enough If only Saga could have matched my new premium would have stayed Thanks again Alison Peacock
