An unreliable company to avoid
An unreliable company to avoid I ordered an Electric Saz on this site the instrument that came to me was not the one ordered it was scratched parts were missing and was low end Customer service is lousy I sent the package back and it was never picked up by Sala Muzik and I never got a refund Customer service does not respond This site is a fraud to avoid

I bought an Arabic lutherie Oud from this online shop but I received a Turkish Oud It has only the tuning of Arabic Size and sound are not Arabic I was looking for the typical deep and warm sound instead that my oud doesn t have Theoretically the instrument will be returned but the return procedure does not appear in my account What a pity I would also have exchanged it for a more expensive but truly Arabic one The shop s website has customer reviews but if you write a negative review it is later deleted

I ordered an Arabic Oud
I ordered an Arabic Oud The 608 dollars model After two months the oud palette broke without any fall as it was in my studio I wrote to the customer service asking for a replacement and they replied they just give a 7 days warranted policy for this I fixed it with my local guitar repairer and he also concluded it s very poor quality instruments and it was probably a glue quality problem Very rude customer service as well from my experience

I purchased the Sala Muzik darbouka classic bass eminpercu hoping for a quality instrument but I was sorely disappointed First off the build quality is terrible it feels cheap and flimsy The sound it produces is hollow and lacks depth nothing like what I expected from a classic bass model Additionally the drumhead tore after just a few uses which is unacceptable for an instrument at this price point Save your money and invest in a better darbouka from a more reputable brand

My first oud
Just ordered my first oud I live in New York City USA and in less then 7 days my order arrived It was well packed and I got many updates while it was being shipped The oud is great quality and a great price Looking forward to shopping again

Nice company great instrument
Sala Muzik sold me a very good instrument but I had ordered the wrong one It was not Sala s fault but they kindly allowed me to return the instrument and order the right instrument It was a bit of a hassle for them but they did it with patience and kindness and the instrument I bought is a very nice instrument at a very good price I highly recommend this company and their products
