If I could give minus scores I would The unprofessionalism of this company is mind blowing Looked on their website from my parts found them and ordered the exact ones Bearings seal were too small wrong ones sent Told to send them back and they would send the correct ones at my cost Had a note in the box explaining the situation only to get an email from them asking to Please explain the return Called them and after about 5 phone calls later they said Oh the bearing you re after is more expensive even though their own website shows the machine model No and the needed parts 57 more sent to them including postage again after 2 weeks still nothing called again and between them while I was on the phone they realized it hadn t been sent A real comedy of errors which seems to be the norm at this company This has now been over 2 months and finally got the parts I will NEVER use them again and will be going to every review site to post to make sure no one else falls for these fools

rude stock levels are false

rude when i asked for an update and shouted at me he was talking to 3 other customers in store while i was on the phone and being very rude to them also Did not ship on time and lied about stock levels which resulted in a several day delay while they tried to source it elsewhere
