For me the best solution the color is really nice I have braun dark hair with gray hair that i have to cover every months It is a good quality for the price I try 2 different colors And It covers well my gray hair the intructions are simple Delivery is slow sometimes i guess because the product doesn t come from germany directly But when i had a problem mostly with delivery during the corona lockdown and the brexit the customer service was good and react fast Nothing really to complain Suggestion will be nice if there was a option for bio coloration I m pregnant and still use the color because i don t have time to go to a salon or to spend crazy money to do my color and i can do it myself But on my first pregnancy i was using bio coloration for my hair I think this will be great if there was the option
