Problem with the thermostat
Had a problem with the pairing of my thermostat Knew it would be something simple but none of the guides I d seen had fixed the issue Got in touch with Tech Support and initially the process was very confusing and hard to navigate but when I got an actual email from them Joseph was able to send a step by step guide that fixed the issue straight away I did think about taking a star off for their stupid process but the service I got in the end warranted the 5 star

Excellent First Class Customer Service
I contacted Salus recently because the stand for my boiler thermostat had broken which was making it difficult to keep the thermostat upright Joseph C was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and I received a replacement stand free of charge within a few days I would highly rate the professionalism and courtesy received from this company and the speed at which the matter was dealt with Definitely a 10 out of 10 for customer service Thank-you so much

Unit replaced under warranty after 4 years with no fuss
After 4 years of reliable operation and following a few repeat power cuts the IT500 receiver stopped working I called Salus and was quickly put through to support who agreed that the power cuts had probably damaged the receiver I was asked to email the proof of purchase to ensure the system was within the 5 year guarantee and was then emailed back to say a unit was being despatched to me It arrives within 36 hours and was quickly fitted and the heating system now works again How many companies offer a 5 year warranty and have support lines that you can readily talk to someone

Thermostat display froze great service
Thermostat fitted 3 years ago display froze on Sunday and was unusable Good instructions to re set re pair but no luck I contacted Salus and a day later Joseph came back with other ideas to try No luck again so replacement sent direct Great service Thank you

Excellent products and customer services
I have the Salus RT520 Thermostat and timer which was purchased 2 years ago The buttons started sticking I rang customer services the support person was very helpful and polite she sent me a new one and gave me perfect advice on setting it up 100 satisfaction here Prompt polite and very helpful I have a few properties and have used their product for years and this is the 1st time one of them has failed Thanks very much mother companies could learn from them

A helpful knowledgable team
My Wi-Fi router was damaged by lightning and this also affected my Salus gateway I contacted Salus for advice they were quick to respond and offer practical advice in problem solving the issue It s now back up and running all it needed was a new power supply thank you Joseph It s not the first time I ve contacted them for help every time they have been brilliant
