Wow a simply amazing car buying experience

Wow what an absolutely amazing experience We have previously purchased cars from both main dealer Land Rover garages right to the other end of the spectrum with Giant car sales showrooms in London Where one gave better customer service the other was better on price However by chance I stumbled upon Sascron as they had a mini we liked From my first contact via email the customer service was exceptional We were looked after by Jorden who was friendly professional and patient throughout He was able to answer all our questions and send us even more details of the vehicle with our very own video walk around When we arrived at the showroom to test drive the car we were instantly surprised at how large the site was and the amount of cars of all shapes sizes and budgets The showroom was immaculate and felt very high end All the staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with absolutely no pressure whatsoever you could feel this was a familyrun business After a little bit of negotiating with Jorden we agreed a part exchange price for our old Fiat 500 and purchased the Mini I had previously spent hours looking at various warranty options to cover our new purchase and we finally chose to take the one offered by Jorden as it was really competitive on price and covered far more than many of the better known rivals A week later we returned to collect the car which Jorden had prepared for us He had put a new MOT on the car some new tyres and had even replaced a few items of chrome trim which he had spotted were not up to Sascron s high standard that really is going the extra mile Whilst my wife was completing the final paperwork our two kids were kept entertained by the team Jacob even had his very own sign made and tried his hand at selling a car to his big brother The icing on the cake was when Angela was presented with her new shiny Mini Convertible which had been polished to an as new shine adorned with a lovely bow We literally cannot fault Jorden and Sascron who made this our most stress free and enjoyable car purchase ever I thoroughly recommend anyone looking for a car to pay them a visit you won t be disappointed 5 stars all the way

A very pleasant experience

It was our first time visiting Sascron and we have had a very positive experience and outcome The sales execs were extremely helpful and knowledgeable We found our perfect car which had a very quick turnaround time and would 100 visit Sascron again for our next purchase

What a Journey

This journey started on the 2nd October when I found a nice vauxhall corsa all well until the day I went to collect it when I was informed that the car had a major fault Back to the drawing board found another corsa all fine this time and collected it the 13th October A very big thank you to the garage in the first instance and Ben Hyde you are a star thank you for all your help assistance

I spent a long time searching for a VW Golf to part exchange with my Mercedes C200 Estate I narrowed it down to two Car dealers both offering a 3 year warranty Sascron were far superior in presentation value for money and the quality of their offer A price was agreed on Wednesday and I collected my Golf the following Monday The car was beautifully presented but I must compliment the professionalism efficiency all round knowledge of Simon who managed the whole process seamlessly I would have no hesitation in recommending Sascron to all my friends and family
