A whole lot of shenanigans
I placed an order and the funds were immediately taken from my bank account I checked the order the following morning and it showed declined I was not sent any notification that there was a problem with the order so I used the customer service chat and here is the chat content 09 56 27 Thank you for contacting us An operator will be with you shortly 09 56 42 Operator XXXXX joined the chat09 56 47 Operator XXXXX Hello How may I help you 09 56 56 Michael Hello - yesterday I placed an order 510759409 57 15 Michael I checked this morning and it shows declined -- can you let me know the reason why please 09 58 20 Operator XXXXX It appears that this order did not go through on our end as it shows Declined 09 58 33 Operator XXXXX However we are not told why the payment is denied 09 58 45 Operator XXXXX At this time the order will be refunded and the funds should show in your account within 24-48 hours Our apologies for the inconvenience 09 59 27 Michael well my challenge with that response is that the funds were pulled from my bank account so a payment decline is clearly not the issue10 01 29 Operator XXXXX Our system goes through a verification check when it tries to take the payment The funds are put on hold until the order clears Unfortunately the order did not clear and the funds were released 10 02 47 Michael that s nonsense -- i went through amazon pay and have never once had a problem The problem is certainly not on my end Thanks for your time 10 03 02 Operator XXXXX My Pleasure Please let us know if you need any further assistance 10 03 33 Michael well that is a lovely thought but honestly you haven t assisted me 10 03 51 Operator XXXXX I answered your questions 10 04 38 Operator XXXXX If you need further assistance please let us know Have a great day Michael 10 04 41 Operator Dianna left the chatTo sum up they took my money and as of this note have not in fact refunded it I suspect the issue is thus they advertised a VERY hot item Oculus Quest 2 256GB at a too-good-to-be-true price and I suspect they didn t actually have the item but are using mass marketing to accrue a LOT of money from unsuspecting consumers and will eventually refund if you continue to hound them but all the while they can accrue interest on monies paid in good faith to them without having the product on hand to actually fulfill orders Not to mention that their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

Should be shut down Send packages with used bandages and trash in it Broken items that are obvious store returns I would bet these people do not even open the box before shipping it to a customer

Terrible company Avoid them
Terrible company I will not be doing business with them again I ordered a Ryobi lawn tool and it arrived in a unpadded box that was torn completely open The item was broken All I got from Secondipity is was a return shipping label So now I need to drive to the UPS store and return it and wait for my refund

My first time ordering from this
My first time ordering from this company I should have listened to the reviews I ordered a turntable which was described as new when I received this item which was poorly packaged it had a green sticker on it stating that it was salvaged The box was clearly damaged and this product had been used returned and God only knows what else I don t know how this company can stay in business this is basic stuff a new item it should be in new If you value your time and money stay away from this company Shame on you secondpity

2022 Oct 20 purchased one TV Arrived Oct 31 2023 Feb 06 started to turn screen black and internal error Managed to get into the service mode and pulled the error code and with guess a timestamp 2022 Oct 28 They say out of 90 warranty So this is intentional fraud Guess they were not smart enough to know modern tvs log everything with date

Awful experience in shipping vinyl
Awful experience in shipping vinyl They don t care that some people care about receiving vinyl in mint condition For them it s like as long as the vinyl inside does not get damaged If you buy from them you might receive dog-eared vinyl or corners that are dented and the sides might just be crushed with split seams I returned so many orders that it is no longer funny Like one of the reviews my order was canceled because they raised prices by between 5-20 dollars It was those that were still available on the site but they cancelled my order I will not encourage people to buy from this site It s not reliable and you re going to waste time returning their vinyl in their miserable plastic bags
