This company is pretending to be sectigo but they are in-fact just resellers rapid web services The have stores pretending to be comodo too and probably others The service is next to worthless and support is non-existent I would say its bordering on a scam

Not the Official Sectigo Storefront

I assumed this was the official Sectigo storefront I was wrong I attempted to purchase a Code Signing Certificate thankfully I chose the Paypal payment option Because the purchase errored-out upon returning to the storefront domain could not complete successfully I reached out to SectigoStore s email support but had received no human response 24 hrs later Thankfully all I had was a pre-authorization charge on my card that disappeared 24 hrs later Lesson learned I ll get my Certificate elsewhere

Avoid like the plague This company is NOT Sectigo it is a high-volume low-margin reseller of Sectigo Comodo CA certificates Their documentation and workflows are in complete disarray frequently sending you in circles for days Their customer support is entirely made up of exhausted and under-staffed off-shored call centers who have poor English and terrible phone connections which frequently just disconnect mid-call sending you back to the beginning Absolutely terrible Go to Sectigo s website and purchase direct It s 20 more expensive but 1000 more reliable and effective

Most useless company yet

As the other reviews suggest their service is absolutely next to useless After finally receiving my SSL certificate They mixed up my certificate with someone else s It came under my name but when you test the certificate it s entirely different They have no customer support whatsoever I ve been trying to call them all i get is someone who keeps telling me he can t hear me and please use the websites live chat Which is non existent Please do yourself a favor and get any other SSL

I wish I d have read all other reviews It s a scam company using Sectigo name in order to get orders I have purchased OV certificate a month ago an still haven t received it It takes ages for them to reply with empty promises Will have to open a chargeback for them

It s a disaster

It s a disaster not a service If you want to wait for the certificate more then two or even more months without even replies from the validation team spending time over the phone taking to completely unprofessional team - go for it Otherwise I would suggest to find something better

Not what they advertise - Takes weeks to get a certTwo Weeks Still No CertificateUPDATE 8 15 2023 Refund processed UPDATE 8 14 2023 Still no refund UPDATE 08-09-23 Got an update from support asking why I requested a refund UPDATE 08-08-23 No update from support on my tickets Questions didn t get answered the cert was never issued Refund requested UPDATE 08-02-23 Received a question from support Thank you for writing us We could not find the order number please get back to us with the exact order number to proceed further UPDATE 08-01-23 Received an email indicating they unsuccessfully tried to call my client I provided our time zone and asked them to call back during office hours UPDATE 08-01-23 Received an email from sectigo staff letting me know they called my client Apparently one of the other employees certificate requestors answered before owner got back into the office My reply to support went unanswered No certificate yet UPDATE 07-29-23 Received email request from support to take a photo of client holding ID up to their face to validate the certificate UPDATE 07-28-23 After posting a support ticket I received an automated confirmation email Still no reply to support ticket Zero communication I ve decided to follow the advice of others to write a letter to the FCC FTC and State Attorney Reduced 5 star to 3 star UPDATEI ordered the cert on Friday 07-21-23 Site says 24 7 support so I thought at latest I hear back by Monday Nothing So I went back to the robot chat and they asked for a photo id of account owner They could have asked for this on Friday morning Perhaps it was my mistake for asking if this could be done in an hour Get your cert anywhere There s no integrity here Still no word back after 5 days ---Jolene was super helpful He tried a couple things answered some tough questions and put me in touch with Kevin so we could try a test for a unique encryption need Many thanks to these guys and SSL comDate of experience July 15 2023
