If you re not paying sellix they absolutely offer no help I had many failed crypto and binance payouts in the past and I received no help from them despite reaching them out multiple times

Impossible to report a fraudulent store on Sellix Tried multiple times through their report website but didn t work They are supporting scammers and don t seem to care

Non-existing support They support scammers Reported business twice with good proof and they didn t take it down even if more than 50 people were scammed and most of them reported business They give a s t about customers Also if someone writes a bad review here they immediately take it down without good reason Replying to brazen answer 1 It s not a fake review it s my own experience with your services Sometimes you need to wait two days to actually get answer on live chat and you are still getting ignored after some time funny In mails you wait something like week to receive copy and paste 2 You don t even know about what business I m talking anyway you didn t send me any info or my money In addition I just verified that these scammers still works and people are getting scammed So please instead of fighting here and taking down every bad review actually take care of your business gtfo

Rude and unhelpful website supportThey are lazy and don t care about your experience I pay extra for the pro subscription which is supposed to include 24 7 support but the support on the website will just leave you on read and not help you with your issueThey dont care and refuse to help The only way I was able to get anything accomplished was by posting a negative review on trustpilot I recommend you use alternative services Sellix fees are significantly higher than their competitors and their support is much worse You will work hard to make your shop a success then regret using sellix the second you run into any issues because you will have to fight for hours to get any helpTheir platform is also consistently down Use one of the many alternatives

I am a selling merchant I got termed because of a lot of orders that I get and they said that I am doing illegal business which is legal with all docs they don t even contact me or let me explain my position they give me three days lmao I tried to contact them via discord but my premium role was removed and the ticket closed with no answer Such great service My experience with the website was great but the support is such trash This is my honest review

Hign fees Inadequate support in discord i had in my crypto payout 75 balance I asked for withdrawing I got 50 into my wallet and rest is 25 Transaction id 03532108959e0f85f672daa164fa72c26a8cf20aa334ae4bd83e24fe701610eeI checked my wallet on the website the next day and I found 0 I contacted support but no answer They closed my ticket when I was offlinenow they banned me from the Discord server

Payment lostI had bought something from a seller which I ve known for a while stupidly due to coinbase sorting something out with the sending of LTC sellix didn t get my payment within the time frame given and have lost the funds I had sent bearing in mind they gave the invoice to someone else How ridiculous regardless of the time it should take my invoice should NEVER Have been closed Due to this my funds are gone and I m unable to receive the product I paid for because of this company Avoid sending crypto payments as they get lost and will giveaway your invoice to someone else
