First time when I started using sellix for my business that time they dont take any fee like the exact address I setuped in the payment oprion the customer also get the exact but after a month they are changing the address for the customer I was sohcked first time when I sawed but then talked to the admins and they tell me they started taking fee for this service Like wow After that I thinking about to shift myself in another website but seriously first time I started this website is the best website for me

Partial payment for pro through btc of 0 01 euro

The platform its self is a recent decent platform easily allowing you to get set up and start selling in no time the issues come when I tried moving to pro I paid through btc and got a partial payment email back that said I sent them 0 01 euro short I ve now been waiting three days for a response regarding this both through email and the online chat with no reply I hope someone reaches out soon as I m starting to loose a fair bit of money

I am a seller I have been using sellix for 2 years as a payment gateway Recently I had to switch to another platform for the following reason 1 The support team doesn t really pay attention to support requests they answer in a general way like to get the job done 2 Payment gateways often fail to return results

If you have trouble with a bug in Sellix System Crypto payment gateway or ALL other things what can happen if you owner of a webshop YOU ARE LOST Support Chat is just a bot If you want to clear a problem report a bug most time payment gateway Crypto s had erros in my Shop with a real person it can be 2-3 days sure just mo-fr waiting time Than you get an E-Mail that Mr bla Support Chat answer after 2-3 days and you can reply in Support Chat on website DO THIS FASTER AS YOU CAN I SAY Because if you need just 2-3 hours you have to wait again 2-3 days for next chance to speak with someone If it s a Crypto Gateway Problem the person from support Chat just ask you again that you have to wait 2-3 days and special forces maybe CIA or FBI are analysing the problem And they will Mail you again after fixing the problem SO IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO GET A OTHER SHOP FOR DIGITal GOODS USE BETTER OTHER WAY And this bad Support tactic is for all Owners from Shops it s not important which subscription you have i am pro User DATE OF EXPIRIENCE 2021 till 2023
