I was scammed by one of their sellers and I when I contacted customer services they said they can t do anything about it They terminated the scammers shop but Sellix is free and the scammer can just make another shop and scam another innocent person Just don t buy from this place You support scammers and don t have measures put into place to help people recover the money that they were scammed You support the seller and not the buyer They act like it was my fault that I got scammed and its my responsibility to get my money back Watch me get a message to say take this review down They ve asked for more information but they haven t got back to me yet

A scammer hacked into my PayPal and used it to purchase a Minecraft Gift Card from a seller on Sellix I contacted Sellix and they basically told me to resolve the issue with the seller even though I told them it was a fraudulent charge and even though they state they take security very seriously And mentioned To report us an abuse from one of our sellers and consequently take actions They basically told me they couldn t help me This platform gives scam artist leverage to con people and Sellix does not do anything about it

Daniele also flagged my review for containing harmful and illegal content That s how the CEO handles things He tries to delete the truth like he does messages on Discord Why does the scammer seller have a new store front 4 days after Sellix banned his store he has two new stores up an running This is my second review and it relates to my encounter with Daniele CEO and the service I received The CEO is short tempered and rude He doesn t want to hear about scammers He doesn t like to be asked why there are no preventative methods in place to protect buyers If you attempt to have too much of an interaction with him via Discord he will kick you from the servers Why would a CEO be so afraid to discuss the rampant scamming occurring on his website I ve been scammed multiple times there The very last time I was scammed I tried to do everything right I looked at the seller s account creation date I looked at the positive reviews I looked if the seller was ID-verified He was Guess what everything was manipulated using coding and other tactics You simply cannot trust anything you see on Sellix Proof once again that Sellix is the trusted site when scammers want to play The only good thing is that if you make enough noise the scamming seller will get banned but normally only AFTER you ve lost your money not before I reported the fraudulent shop to Sellix and it was later banned after making enough noise on Discord 4 days later the seller had two new shops up I ve reported those shops too but I don t expect anything to happen because enough people haven t lost money yet You ve been warned I wish someone could explain how sellers are able to create multiple accounts after being terminated MULTIPLE times If you ve been scammed on Sellix please contact your Attorney General Something has to be done My response Daniele should hire a CSR to deal with complaints since he can t handle them Better yet hire real programmers so customers can stop being scammed on your platform You re the one who s behind on times rather than try to lower fraud you turn a blind eye until MANY customers are SCAMED How can I self asses scams where your platform allows merchants to manipulate crucial data that customers need to make a decision when buying The scammer had 120 sales 5-star feedback ID verified and an account creation date of 2018 I found out later all were lies Sellix is a joke and everyone knows it s easy to use it to scam You can t admit this which is why you re so mean and angry You should step down Why are merchant allowed to edit scripts to manipulate their store creation date Why are they able to hide whether they are actually ID-verified Customers rely on this information to make better judgments when paying merchants All you did was confirm that what you see on sellix io is possibly edited by a scam merchant You know what your platform is and you accept it I went to the discord to complain that I couldn t leave feedback so that other customers wouldn t be scammed by the seller Not once did they notify me that the seller was banned It wasn t until I went back to the discord where Daniele got pissed that I dare mention Sellix and SCAM in the same sentence He doesn t like when you remind customers that they have a 98 chance of being scammed on his platform Oh and you know that seller they claimed they banned Guess what 4 days later the seller is back with a brand new store front He has a total of TWO shops currently active I bet the CEO won t address that issue I reported both stores and Stefan just asked me today to report the store for a 4th time and this time submit a new report with my order number from the first order where I was scammed Oh yes my order number will make a difference By the way I already submitted my order number with the second report I m working harder to get a serial scammer banned than they are Apparently Sellix needs customers to assist them to conduct their internal reviews Literally the storefront is identical and selling the same items I mean Sellix doesn t have anything in place to stop scammers from creating new accounts This is the 5th account this scammer has created and he s stolen thousands If you use Sellix expect to be SCAMMED That s it

Every time I look my shop is getting taken down without any type of reassurance

Don t trust them they give you free packs to sign you up and then one day they slap a termination in your face and cease all money

Used their service for 1 year They made thousands of dollars on fees which they overcharge and also they charge 0 25 on every transaction as a transaction fee with stripe I contacted stripe to see if they charge sellix on transactions with they said no as they already charge my business on fees So it s just a scam It s not the reason I stopped using their service though it s because their support is terrible ridiculous and disrespectful Even though I had subscription after asking for support 1 week with open ticket on discord they never solved my issue and they also replied once in 2-3 days and they even say 24 7 support They don t even pay attention on the same ticket what you have have said before I had to say the same thing over and over again and I always got the same answer which wasn t the solution At the end I gave up and I just migrated to another ecommerce solution I don t recommend anyone using it as you will be overcharged on fees and you will never get support Edit Unfortunately I cannot add pictures on edit to show how long they take to reply on support Also they deleted the ticket but I was lucky to take a picture before it got deleted It clearly shows how many days they take to answer

Poor support service Got no reply from support and discord support only active for ban you from server not to help you regarding your issues

they take our money t ake their commision and dont do diddly squat to help either the buyers or sellers im pretty sure after this review they will threaten some kind of legal rammification to that i reply bring it a holes

Hello I bought a product and the seller send me a fake account a fake discord to contact him I send a message on the website but he never answered it And when I wanted to gave him 1 star because he had 4 3 5 I can t It is clearly a scam I lost my money and all are fake Stop lying I contacted you several times and you said you will investigate about the seller but you will not say your investigation I lost my money and I never received anything You even made believe it was fake when I sent screenshots of your emails and an invoice of my purchase on your website You are crooks
