Great support and nice featuresThe thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the fee for paypal and crypto too hight

1 I genuinely have the best experience at sellix ioEasy-to-use Dashboard Notifications Webhooks Times Transcations let s you know all the details needed to improve and function youre-commerce business in a matter of seconds without anybig-tech-knowledge or requirement 2 Making money while sleeping is a blessing Sellix has helped me through many categories being one is the feeling of providing your unique products accepting different payment methods whilst you get to build a community safe environment for Customers to get the best experience possible 3 I have bought a Monthly Subscription for different benefits such as customization fees features all the included pro plan and most of all Customer support through 1-on-1 conversations with service staff 3 However i ve been trying to reach them about multiple bugs appearing on my dashboard spammy emails when ever i log in with my original IP address and so on 4 Never received the role i was supposed to get for ticket permission therefore i have to say their support is slow even if you re a genuine member active seller you won t get what you mostly need 5 Don t look at this as a bad review honestly they are a big company now much going on haters spreading toxicity nonetheless support Experience for me is awful

You have a system that I really appreciate However there may be some problems with payments That s why I m giving it 1 star less Normally you deserve 5 stars but I m giving 4 stars because I had some payment problems in the first days

My overall experi nce with Sellix is good I like how the platform works and all of the options it has - A developer api- Multiple product types- Discord webhook support- Hiding elements on the store page- A feedback and support ticketing system- Multiple payment methods including PayPal checkout with local payment methods

It s been great and honestly I ve made more sales on this platform than I had elsewhere I attempted the same on fiverr and they have the most painful process so I am grateful of Sellix for being a good platform to put up my stuff Customer Service has been good too and when my customers would leave a bad review an unreasonable one Sellix would take care of it Thank you for providing this platform to creators

Whenever I receive 1 for something PayPal it takes an over 50 commission Reply I understand but is there any way for PayPal to take less I am not getting any benefit off that profit that I make every 1 sale

Sellix is simple to set-up which makes it easy to sell product They also provide a payment API to create your own invoices so you can just implement it on your website Their fees are also pretty low if you subscribe to a plan like Pro or Enterprise 1 fees on crypto However their report system via mail doesn t seem to work I sent an email to report a fraudulent shop and after 2 months I still havent received any response and the shop is still intact which is a bit delusional

Great service Although integrating with trustpilot using their themes is nigh impossible and the staff don t know how to do it or won t help directly either

Works great as an autobuy fast and easy to set up Fees are a tad inaccurate because I for example sell a product of 15 5 fee would mean I would get 14 25 but all payment methods get me around 13 80 So the fees should be more accurate when sellix knows the payment method already deducts fees like PayPal stripe crypto etc
