Spoke to Jakub and he was amazing Royalmail lost my parcel despite them delivering to the same address previously and it is sent to the only office with the name of my company in the SE16 area However when I phoned Jakub was lovely and helped me with getting a replacement order out almost immediately One of the best customer service I ve come across Also the products are high quality and been using them since 2017 when I started getting my nails done in Spain so I m super glad they also operate in the UK
