I never received the product I paid for
I ordered an expensive French beauty products set paid it and never received it The package delivery never took place even though the address is correct and even though I stayed at home two whole days in order to get the parcel I never had any problems with Amazon or Sephora orders I do not recommend Sensation Profumerie at all

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE EVEN WITH PAYPAL AS YOU MAY NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT AND LOOSE YOUR MONEY
I purchased a 200ml Coco Chanel perfume but have not received my item or refund They claim it s an issue with the post I also insured the package and they should refund the total amount but NOTHING After 5 months I still haven t received my 200 perfume I reported this to the police and sent Sensation all reports but Sensation insist it s not their problem I do not recommend buying from them as you risk losing your money I have filed a complaint with PayPal for a refund as they are unresponsive DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE EVEN WITH PAYPAL AS YOU MAY NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT AND LOOSE YOUR MONEY
