Fast ship good robust product Taller ofc Chair casters working great The 3 caster with 3 8-16 thread stem with a 33mm hex bearing top to tighten it with was not easiest to install Large needle nose Vice-Grip pliers with thin tip worked I then got a 33mm crows foot wrench head 1 2 drive on Amazon but I will now grind 1 3 off its 7mm thickness to get it thin enough to fit Do you sell thin ones to install casters with I didn t see any If not that would help and also improve your profit Your costs are higher than Amazon but that s expected to get a much higher quality more durable product that I expect to last much longer
