The final cost was more than double the estimate

Hidden chargesIt s almost 7pm and my vehicle is yet to be returned No message whatsoever to determine the cause of delay Not happy as I need the vehicle for work in the morning

Not service stops fault but the garage they used missed my booking last week and this week turned up to collect my car 2 hours late and now I don t have my car for work

The initial cost quoted is very competitive however the additional fees are excessive and it isn t very good to have this sprung on you especially items like engine oil which should be part of the standard service charge It should be included and any premium oil charges called out excluding service charge as it should already be included in the price

Very clear but you let yourself down bye Hidden cost and the cost of the oil by giving the price after you have the car

Late collection of car on pick up and felt a bit pushed to have extra work done at extra cost and quite difficult to get hold of via telephone

The amount of add ons the tried to add was rediculous I needed a brake fluid change but the wanted to charge 150 vat I got this done previously at a bmw main dealer for 80 They told me I needed over 900 of work done even though it passed the MOT with no advisories The worry is that done people will pay for this By all means use them for the service which is a good price but don t be drawn into unnecessary repairs for exorbitant prices The guy on the phone was very nice and not his fault they choose to charge the prices they do for additional work Even if they matched main dealer prices they may have a chance but over twice the cost is crazy Good model they have but poorly executed This service could be soo much better and help the garages they use but only interested in the bottom line I am afraid

Have used Servicing Stop last year and while I can t remember if we paid for the extras - it does seem to creep up 5 99 to top up anti freeze and coolant - 24 99 for specialist oil which - for a fairly new car actually needed refilled back in October whist on the way to Manchester airport - plus an unexpected brake fluid change Not sure if a positive or not - the chap arrived before he was supposed to 8am - bang in the middle of getting junior ready for school - he checked his phone but looked like he hadn t been told it was between 9 and 10 he was due I ll get the car back as quick as I can seemed like a fair compromise The premise seems like a good idea - but these additional charges that come on top after you ve already paid 145 up front will make me think twice before using them again next year unfortunately Chris was pleasant to deal with on the phone Still waiting for my car to be returned at 4pm on a Friday
