Initially great but their aftercare service is all about hard sell and begging for reviews Additionally jobs made out as if the garage has made them sound urgent and then wildly over charging ie 118 for a job normally costing 27 Then later calling saying if you job their monthly club for 15 they will only charge you the basic rate for jobs in other words admitting they rip you off Shop around and go direct to a garage

First service date was cancelled on new date my car was collected and sooner I was called to ask good review without car being serviced I was asked I must changed the parts which was whopping price otherwise the car cannot come out from gargage The guy spoke so fast and disconnected I called back many times but no answer hence I was unable to stop being overcharged and decided to pay

It has not been made clear about the fact that oil needs extra payment whereas it should have been added on the full servicing price

You are encouraged to review before the work is completed with a discount on the price You are given the price for a service after your car has been collected on top of the fee you ve paid and when you check it in comparison to the manufacture its more The other thing is the late return of the car and no communication

Booked a service and MOT paid in advance Car collected at 8 30 am on a Friday All good A phone call at 3pm Friday afternoon with a chap reading very very fast through a long list of stuff that is wrong with my car with an estimated bill of over 700 Cue an email with a long list of repairs some of them sounding genuine and supported by photo evidence some very vague and sounding completely unnecessary for the type of car it is I ask for a call back needing to discuss with my partner and check prices online Glad i did I called a local garage that would do the essential work for less than half the price It s borderline bullying I can think of many people being genuinely scared into paying through the nose for repairs The guy called back I told him that I would not go ahead he didn t insist Still had to pay an extra 25 for a special type of oil I drive a citroen C1 imagine how special that oil must be I will not use again

Hassle-free but I do feel like I got pushed into work done on a car when I don t think it was needed When Adam the agent called and said that the brake fluid needed changing which was 149 VAT and the oil change which cost money and something else that I am not even sure about 306 later I asked if this work was necessary and he said yes When I received the link to pay and for the things that needed to be done at the top it said extra work requested So feel a bit cheated to be honest and the company took the opportunity to exploit my lack of knowledge of cars I would not ever agree to it if it didn t need to be done Will not go back there for sure I do not trust them to be an honest company with fairly priced work The company ethos is bad I will not recommend this to nobody for sure and I would suggest to avoid and look for a local garage directly to do the MOT and the Service work instead

I originally scored a lot higher as the service and transaction of picking up and dropping the car was smooth and efficient The person that called was a little pushy in terms of the advisory points from the service I agreed to a few and then later realised I could have saved over 150 doing it myself I queried the need for the advisory work as it was listed as good on the report but no one was able to give me a sufficient answer I will be more diligent in future and not be using service stop

Delay in collection and delivery I ended up getting Uber from work despite being told delivery would be at 6pm Called garage for update no answer

I m sure it s a good system that will work for most - but it has flaws They accepted my booking on the date requested and took the money They then phoned to say the garage couldn t do that date and it would be another time that wasn t convenient I know have to wait 7-10 days for a refund Silly system that If that was fixed I m sure it s fine

More transparency glad to get my car back Hit with additional 360 in additional charges Agreed to pay additional 30 to replace the unique and rare specialist oil in my 2 year old volvo XC 40 recharge Feel stupid handed my car over to a CONTACTLESS orginisation
