Skirt material is low quality

I bought two pleated skirts from them Navy blue and Red I have only worn both skirts once but they are already bring out wool The materials of both skirts are of poor quality never shopping with them again

NO REFUND - Company under INSOLVENCY

I made an order on 18 May and the products did arrive correctly A partial return was done and on 28 May I received an email saying the return was processed but the refund never came So on 01 Jun I sent them a message and got a reply that indeed a credit hadn t been done but they were taking care of it and soon I d receive the refund On 06 Jun I replied the email informing no refund was received Today 20 Jun the shocking reply informing of the insolvency of the company and that no refund will be done nor I can get the products returned back Hallo Thank you for contacting us again We regret to inform you that your return has not been earmarked for payment The provisional insolvency administrator Dr Peter Minuth is interested in a continuation solution for us and supports us in ensuring that the company can continue to exist after the conclusion of the provisional insolvency proceedings The online channels will therefore remain open and all orders from 1 June 2024 and returns on orders from 1 June will continue to be processed and credited However our hands are tied and we cannot instruct the payment of returns with an invoice date before and after 31 May 2024 The power of decision here lies with the provisional insolvency administrator in accordance with 21 para 2 no 2 2 alt InsO lies with the provisional insolvency administrator Dr Peter Minuth If necessary you will be contacted by separate mail after the opening of the insolvency proceedings probably in August 2024 and given the opportunity to register your claims in the insolvency table In this respect we ask for your patience Unfortunately it is not possible to return the goods or offset the amount against a new order Unfortunately we were not aware of this at the time of our previous message so we would like to apologize for the misinformation We hope for your understanding This is so frustrating and it really feels like a scam company Please avoid buying there if you don t want to risk being the next victim Edit after reply You really should be embarrassed to give such a response Basically what they re saying is that this is now my problem Next time don t even bother to reply
