I purchased the enquiry form plug-in in November 2022 It s broken twice since then One time they helped me solve it the second time no reply It s a legal requirement for my client to receive information from their customer before purchase Not cool

No VAT Invoice is provided

The plug itself works all right as expected but they don t provide VAT invoice so I can t declare this purchase as a company expenses I mean all the people that demands this service is a business that have an online shop it s not for a personal website or a blog I find it quite unprofessional and extrange that they refused to provide an invoice after o have emailed them twice It would be ok for a guy working from his garage but not for a company that provides services to another companies

Currency Plug in

Currency Plug in - great service to have where you can ask the company plenty of questions pre-purchase My only comment would be the responses are not immediate and you have to wait around 24-48 hours to receive them The installation service is great I didn t have to deal with this at all but you ll need basic knowledge of your backend of website for the company to access for installation Installation of this plug-in was done within 3 days Would definitely recommend and would look at additional plug-ins I would prefer for their continued after care service to be free rather than paying a monthly amount after 30 days
