Ive been a long time customer bit during the covid silvergoldbull claims shortages wait times etc to justify the price gouging that they are participating in Very disappointed with that Premiums have doubled they claim 20 day delays because of demand and high premiums bit ive yet to experience a single delay Just plain price gouging

nothing to do with SilverGoldBull I just don t know why we have to make a special trip to go to a depot to pickup the order their excuse was to avoid personal contact when it requires a signature BUT AT THE DEPOT I STILL HAVE TO FACE A PERSON TO SHOW MY ID AND KIND OF SINGING IT OFF WHAT THE HACK IS THE FREAKING DIFFERENT

Everything was good except for two things 1 Although the site mentioned that the gold coins would be for a random year but I did not expect to have them dated back to 1980 I though they would be as recent as the last 5 to 10 years 2 The delivery guy did not ask for a signature upon delivery although the shipping says it is a requirement

The reason for 3 stars is because of the courier service which was used to deliver the products The package was just thrown outside the door and an email was sent 30 minutes later that it has been delivered when no one was home whereas I was getting emails that if the package is tampered with do not accept it I understand with everything going around with covid-19 but still I feel this is no way of delivering expensive things

SGB needs to use a different company to ship their orders
My order was processed and shipped quickly Unfortunately UPS dropped the ball on delivery They kept trying to deliver during the day while I m at work and never left me an info notice so I could change my delivery options I ended up having to phone them to arrange to pick up my order at a local access point If the driver had left the info notice as they are supposed to I could have made the changes needed online and not had to wait 4 additional days to get my order Ged rid of UPS and use a better delivery service

many bad products
they have a lot of bad tarnished spotter bent scratched product and they always try to sell it and you have to go through customer support and try to give you some store credits to compensate but that leads me to buy more using the store credits and lose more big company like this shouldn t use such tricks also they remove not post reviews on their own site if they are bad reviews

I was very happy w the speedy delivery SilverGoldBull are easy to deal with An etransfer takes care of the payment and then delivery takes place in a few days I loved my shiny new stuff Even though the picture wasn t the same as on my original order I was assured that what I had received was of higher quality than what hadn t been available from my order Well satisfied

I Purchased 10 10ounce silver bars from this company I gathered my parcel from the UPS store The wife and I opened the parcel at the kitchen table and to our shock only 6 bars were sent Contacted seller and after a day they were not willing to help in anyway UPDATE After having issues with a second order customer service contacted me and resolved all issues

Good process but bad delivery and product
The purchase process was good and flawless but the delivery driver did not ask for a signature and would have left in front if my door and left without me checking the box for damage for the insurance purposes As well the silver and its packaging was not in the best of condition with one of the bars tainted and maybe showing rust and considering the premium for the silver that was not appreciated
