I ordered 52 silver coins on april 2nd
I ordered 52 silver coins on april 2nd 2020 my 1st experience with this vendor received 42 coins on Apr 21st 19 days I had to talk to the customer service rep said they will review video next day received an email said will send me the remaining I received the remaining on Apr24th asked why there was this undue processing error and escalate to management for comment didn t receive a response IMO this is not a rocket science business the end product is already made it is a straight forward transaction of exchange between the end product and money I paid as I didn t receive a followup response I believe error will continue to happen therefore I advice potential clients to consider and shop at your own risk btw I never had problem with PM orders from my local bank whom I believe have much better risk management and compliance procedure

UPS didn t get a signature AGAIN
Everything arrived in good condition However UPS again did not try to get an adult signature as required and just left it on the front step Very bad practice

They ship from Canada and not Europe they are not clear about that
The coin is 100 perfect The big issue is that they don t ship from Europe but from Canada Their website is absolutely not clear about it So the coin had to go at the costums I had to make a declaration and wait for long time before the item go thru all the import procedure If they have a site wrote in italian with an italian address I think they they ship from Italy or at least from Europe not from the other part of the world All the procedure item blocked at the border importation documents 15 calls to the import office sending my id and my tax identification number and a declaration with a lot of details caused me a lot of stress And it s not right since nobody told me that they are in Canada

Purolator dropped the item in front of my door when I wasn t at home The item was chipped I couldn t notice it without opening the package Please talk to Purolator regarding deliveries it could have gone missing

My shipment at first did not arrive it was fraudulently signed for ny another person I immediately contacted Silver Gold Bullion and was basically accused of lying by back handed comments Ie Keep in mind we can get track etc Finally a month after the missing shipment is mysteriously was delivered with the mail man systing I did not need to sign Upon opening the package the package contained to much silver I only ordered 2 ounces and 21 oz was shipped I immediately contacted them again to examine and we arranged for shipment back For being completely honest I didn t even get a thank you Not real impressed with this company

I attempted to make a purchase for their first time buyer using litecoin I sent my coin from an exchange so the time elapsed and they canceled my order However my litecoins still sent and i can not seem to get in contact with anyone Over 24 hours waiting on an email

Product good as always but I was not impressed by extremely slow holiday season shipping Took almost two weeks in total In the US shipping would have been next day In Canada hiding behind five business days after payment is cleared and shutdown for a week The one time delivery was important they let me down badly

delivery through UPS I went to UPS store and showed no identification and I did not sign I even asked them don t you want to see my ID and don t I have to sign They said NO I find this very disturbing and I will be contacting Silver Gold Bull to discuss further

The Gold Platinum coins I received
The Gold Platinum coins I received were in mini plastic bags I was expecting to receive them in proper boxes with certificates inside the boxes this is not good for my collection As an alternative I would very much appreciate how I could get the proper boxes for these 2 British Gold and 1 Canadian Platinum coins as IMUST have boxes for them
