The issues I faced were with the courier Canada Post and not Silver Gold Bull but I nonetheless had to spend a week chasing Canada Post outlets to receive my order with opposition instead of help on the part of Canada Post I will gladly do business with SilverGoldBull again if they use a more reliable courier service

WENT PREMIUM GREEDY

Won t buy from SGB anymore due to ridiculous premiums relative to Hero Bullion and Liberty coin They used to be reasonable but now ask 84 premium on ASEs greed is alive and evidently HUNGRY They are honest and ship fast but you ll pay so handsomely that you ll be ugly by the time metal arrives

Please Don t Use Canada Post

I have ordered gold for several years In the past you have used either UPS or Purolator The package has always been delivered without issues This time you used Canada Post They first delivered it to the wrong address then I spent several days trying to locate the package It was finally delivered Please don t use Canada Post ever again They are nothing but problems
