Fast delivery and exactly what I ordered the only thing that kept me from 5 stars was one of the plastic that the gold bar is in is starting to slightly peel up in one corner

Everything was quick and easy to get costumer service was excellent to deal with the mailing process was fast as well and the box came in good shape everything was packaged good but giving 4 stars because the silver its self was dirty and the silver bar was scoffed up a bit on the sides This was my first time ordering from this company and that did surprise me on the silver part

I ordered a collectors coin

I ordered a collectors coin which I literally couldn t find anywhere in Europe and I m very happy with it ButI did UPS express shipping for 21 dollar on a 62 dollar order I later had to pay UPS a total of 33 dollar brokerage costs and other hidden taxes vats so on when it arrived on my doorstep which was a bit of a shocker Shipping was fast 1 day from CA to NL The ups deliverer also didn t have any change for cash with him and no atm So instead of receiving it Friday I got it Monday anyway bit frustrating eh

Prices are fair same as others

Prices are good quality packing is appreciated It took a long time for shipping although i am using e-check which creates delays Would like if we could use something like a pay appp Zell or Venmo

Very happy with SilverGoldBull The selection quality ordering and payment process is great Waiting around all day for a valuable shipment is not great Getting an approximate time of arrival from the shipping company is not possible We signed up for text or email updates but received none except much after the product arrived stating that the package had been delivered Last year Purolator drove away within seconds of arrival before we could get to the front door Very frustrating I must wait by the door all day according one Purolator employee In this day and age it would be easy to inform the customer when the shipment is within an hour of arrival MW

Delivery requsts need improvement

Everything about sending my order is great except for the delivery service The last 2 orders I requested no delivery notices to be left at my home and both times I still got notices left on my door I want email or text notices only and for the item to be held at the shippers location until I get home Canada post doesn t listen well to directions

It was easy but I waited around all day to sign for the package and it was left in our mailbox with no signature required that would have been nice to know since I rearranged my whole day
