Whereas it took a little longer to ship than I had anticipated the overall transaction was great I do wish there were a option to opt of of a signature requirement The coin itself was very well-packaged and looks great The price was also good

I called to inquire about a glitch in purchasing a coin They picked up on the third ring When I explained the problem they immediately said there was a glitch in the system and would immediately cancel the purchase No excuse no I m sorry we can t cancel the order It s nice to hear a company own up to a problem and take care of it without question Turned around and reordered without any problems Best service hands down

Easy purchase using BitPay It cost a little more than an eTransfer but I had some bitcoin i wanted to get out of anyway Would be nice if it came via courier instead of Canada post but all in all still a good experience
