I purchased a large 40L combination microwave in April online which developed a fault On telephoning the UK and explaining the problem I was offered an immediate replacement as it was within its thirty day replacement guarantee The original was collected and its replacement was delivered in four working days Their Representative Amanda was a pleasure to deal with Excellent service and attention

Sharp microwave lamp gone after just 20 months Not an interchangeable part for the customer but neither Sharp nor Appliances Direct interested in a repair or replacement only offering a meagre 25 towards another purchase Machine cost around 300 so no thanks to that derisory offer Third time purchase of this microwave over a long number of years and never had a problem until now Very poor customer service from both parties and I ll now be proceeding with a Section 75 chargeback via the credit card company as the product is not fit for purpose

Rubbish washing machine

Bought aSharp ES-NFB814AAB 8kg Washing Machine with 1400 rpm - Graphite - B Rated in January had it repaired twice Keeps sticking constantly on drain spin it s a nightmare the repair man said I didn t have enough washing in Then the next time it was too heavy Will never buy a sharp washing machine again costs more in electric trying to spin 20xs I live by myself luckily don t have much washing god help if you have a family Do not get one of these Had to put date of experience as jan because since I bought it it s been a nightmare

Avoid at all cost

Been waiting since February for them to fix my washing machine guy come out span the drum said yes bearings gone ill have to order them Still waiting they made a appointment to come out again then messaged day before and said hadn t got bearing in stocks Still awaiting new appointment Engineer said keep using it but stop if clothes start coming out with black on You can hear the machine in the street on take off
