"Had some worrying issues but all resolved"
Had some very worrying issues with this bank but probably no different than any other of the none high street banks Started when a bond matured and couldn t get hold of them on the phone and then problems making withdrawals When I did get through and I haven t had any problems contacting them since my problems have eventually been resolved The staff have been very helpful and friendly What could have been a disaster has all ended well My faith has been restored in Shawbrook and therefore I give 5 stars and will be reinvesting
