Disappointing

My nephew recently rented a flat through Shaws and I was pretty appalled at the process The agent was dismissive of a dangerous rusting wire in the bathroom and very poor broken furnishings throughout When pushed the agent said the landlord is a bit difficult and I d rather not raise these issues I expected better of Shaws to be honest
