Branch staff very good hired a floor sander on 2 occasions faulty both times no spares inbranch to swap with

The carpet shampooer didn t work well We contacted SHC who came out to us and replaced a part which also didn t work very well We had to suction the shampoo out with the small upholstery tool A long job and very tiring
