Good piece of equipment but parts missing

Good piece of equipment sky vac hired it before But this time some vital attachments were missing Had to improvise Would have expected a bit of discount on the invoice

Good prompt service however sent too much and didn t get instructions for scaffolding both issues that we could have done without as it wasted time But we would definitely use them again

I recently hired machinery from SHC as a retail customer not trade It did not go well for various reasons I felt compelled to write to head office to advise them of my problems and dissatisfaction I was contacted immediately by the operations manager who dealt with my complaint in a proficient and professional mannerand the matter was settled Therefore I would recommend the company and would more than likely use them again

Ask about extra costs first

Breaker hire should cover cost of all ancillaries required to use the tool ie transformer and drill bits A resharpening charge was also applied on return This should be covered in the tool hire charge Watch out for those hidden extra charges The Mikita 30kg breaker is a very able breaker making light work of 12 inch thick concrete
